Customized items and limited-edition sneakers are shipped within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

RETURNS

Returns are always free of charge within 15 days of receipt by completing the Return Authorization request that you can find online in the relevant area or by contacting our Customer Care team. Please remember that this information does not apply in the case of customized items, limited-edition sneakers and Food&Beverage products. Furthermore, for reasons of hygiene and safety, Beauty products cannot be refunded once opened.
